Freshly cooked and warm breakfast with variety of food. Good and gorgeous location for our visit to Kelly's at walking distance from the hotel. The staff - efficient and active.

Excellent stay, as always. Reasonably priced food, helpful service and brilliant view of the harbor. Exceptionally large room with a large bathroom and climate control, some excellant tea, and coffee. Very very nice and welcoming personnel, exceptionally comfortable bed. Early check in and late check out. Free Wi-Fi provided in hotel. Great and stunning location very near to train station. Besides, excellent for visiting a Roman Catholic cathedral.

We found the staff very professional and we enjoyed the fact that the we could cross the road to the prom and have a walk before breakfast. The view from the room was excellent with lots of activity in the harbour.
The only change I would make is to the shower over the bath .....impossible to wash your hair........

It was a throw back to a 1980's traveller hotel with services to match, bets aspect was the view from the window
The lift was a little scary and the decor and furnishings were somewhat tired and in need of a make over, perhaps rte might send Francis Brennen in to advise

Staff friendly and nice view from room window
I would describe it as "Faulty Towers" you would need a sense of humour, bar dinner on first night that we were there awful and waited for almost an hour for service, first room we were given smelled damp and unused and very cold no heating on, were upgraded and that room was ok with lovely harbour views. We had to pay a deposit for parking fob which was useless as we got no space as parking area was full. No swimming pool as we were out of season -for indoor pool!!

perfectly central for park views and landmarks
I loved how easy it was to stroll to Cobh Cathedral and enjoy the beautiful scenery at President John F. Kennedy Memorial Park, made my stay good as I explored this charming town and soaked in its history.

Convenient for Cork city.
Noisy. Emphasis on pleasing locals rather than paying residents. My room was very small and the bathroom had very limited facilities (not even a toilet roll holder)! Not worth the money. I gave the hotel a very negative comment on their form. There are serious management failings here.

The breakfasts were good hot with fruit and a muffin and orange. The location was unbeatable, close to Heartbreak Pier.

location was fabulous and the staff was very nice, but unfortunately not the most efficient. We had a broken television, rang down and they said they would come up, but they never did. We ordered breakfast in our room because we had a very early departure. The breakfast never appeared. We ate dinner in the restaurant the the bill was wrong. Everything was done with a smile, but not done very well. But again, they were very nice. View was fabulous and bathroom was big
